Inspired by the malfunctioning of film cameras, Transitions depicts the accidental overlap of images or more expressly, moments. It experiments with shape and lines to alter contexts, to reframe the narrative and affect the storytelling.

By removing the frame I can extend the moment, watch each memory and moment blend into the next. I wanted to explore the moments in between the frames, the sequence creating a story greater than the sum of its parts.
